Yes! All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Are the suitcases approved for carry-on?
All of our carry-on sizes have external dimensions that comply with most major airlines; however, we recommend double-checking with your specific airline for confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

- Include your order details on the outside of the item and clearly display your order number and name.
- Email your tracking number and order details to info@loveluggage.com.au.
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags, and returned within 30 days.
- Return shipping for a change of mind is at your cost.
Once we receive and verify your information, we will refund you via your original payment method.Items not meeting return conditions won’t be refunded and must be collected.
Warranty
A manufacturer's warranty covers your product against any manufacturing defects. If a fault arises due to materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace the item in accordance with our warranty policy. If the item is damaged in transit you will need to contact the airline and they will cover the repair.
