This horizontal messenger bag is the largest in the Picpus collection, and will take a tablet or other mobile device of up to 12.9”. With a full flap opening, it offers a spacious main compartment with an interior business organiser. The shoulder strap is fully adjustable and webbed for extra strength, and the bag is even trolley system compatible, meaning it will complement any luggage collection beautifully.

                How Does The Warranty Work?

                Your warranty covers any manufacturing defects to your product. It does not cover airline damage or general wear or tear. If you use your Luggage on a flight and the airline damages your item, you need to visit your airline's service desk and report the damage they have done to your bag, the airline will then pay for repair to your bag.

                Items are shipped from our Sydney warehouse within 48 hours with full tracking with Aus Post, Once your order has been processed by our team we will update your order shipping details and you will receive an email with your tracking code.Love Luggage guarantees you will receive your purchase. Delays in postage sometimes happen but in 99% of orders you will get your item in the fastest possible time.We use Aus Post Or Couriers Please, shipping times are estimates and are based on Business days:

                Returns

                Returning an item to Love Luggage is easy, if you change your mind or the product is just not right, simply send the item back to one of our stores with your details and order number and we will check the item over and refund your money. We want you to be happy with your purchase. For warranty claims please email us.

                Please include all your order details; we will check this over. Please ensure it's unused, within 30 days, has all the tags, and is in original condition.

                Important:

                • Please display your order number and name on the outside of the package
                • Send us the tracking details to info@loveluggage.com.au

                If the item is not in its packaging and in the same condition, we will not refund you, and you will need to arrange to have the item returned to you.

                Once checked over we will refund you the product price via the same method you paid.
