How Does The Warranty Work?
Your warranty covers any manufacturing defects to your product. It does not cover airline damage or general wear or tear. If you use your Luggage on a flight and the airline damages your item, you need to visit your airline's service desk and report the damage they have done to your bag, the airline will then pay for repair to your bag.

Returns
Returning an item to Love Luggage is easy, if you change your mind or the product is just not right, simply send the item back to one of our stores with your details and order number and we will check the item over and refund your money.
